“My Christmas eve would start with a meal at the Quality Chop House, tucking into some seasonal game cooked to perfection in a cosy atmosphere, all washed down with a chilled red wine. After finishing up with some of the UK’s best cheeses, I’d make my way across the street to The Eagle pub, pulling up a seat at the bar to soak up the atmosphere with a half-pint of Leffe - not my first choice of beer, but my dad’s Christmas Eve tradition.”
