Mushy Peas The Quality Chop House way

Ingredients
250g frozen peas
Pinch of fresh mint leaves 20g double cream
5ml sherry vinegar
Salt to taste

Method
Take the peas out of the freezer to thaw. Once thawed, add the peas to a food processor and pulse with the remaining ingredients until you get a coarse texture. Check the seasoning, adjust to your taste, then heat them up in a pan.
