100% Design, the country’s largest design trade show, had a record attendance following its move to the Grand and West Halls of Olympia London.
The 21st edition of the event attracted more than 27,000 visitors as well as a record number of architects and designers over the four days in September. The number of exhibitors was up by 35 per cent to 610. The show had five distinct sections: Design & Build, Kitchens & Bathrooms, Workplace, Emerging Brands and Interiors, which featured the Spectral light by Philippe Rahm for Artemide (pictured). Designer Ilse Crawford opened the show this year and took part in the Talks with 100% Design programme, along with Yves Behar and Lyndon Neri.
