A tasting like no other, the chance to taste perfect wine and chocolate matches organised for you by an on hand wine expert and a chocolatier in a unique venue.

On the 17th April 2014, you can be part of this unique experience, limited to just 24 places, at The Perfect Cellar, The Clerkenwell Collection,155 Farringdon Road.

Including, Mas Amiel, the largest and most important producer in Maury. Located in the heart of Cathar country, just below the ruined castle of Queribus, it was founded in 1816 when Raymond Amiel won the deeds from the Bishop of Perpignan in a game of cards. The classic match for Maury wine is with chocolate. Each wine will be matched with decedent chocolates from the chocolatier at mychocolate a perfect match to our Mas Amiel range.
